SIKADA users create a personal profile where the following information is required : name, address, email and telephone number. Without these data our website can not function as it is intended.

We do not share your personal data with third parties without your explicit consent, except when required by law.

SIKADA users can edit their profile at any time and request the deletion of their account and all associated data.

Passwords are stored in an encrypted format using industry-standard hashing algorithms to ensure the security of your data.

SIKADA users can send messages to each other through our internal messaging system. These messages are stored securely and are only accessible to the sender and recipient. Messages can be deleted at any time by the original sender or recipient.

SIKADA users can launch requests for properties or services. These requests are visible to all users registered on the platform. Users can respond to these requests by sending messages through our internal messaging system. When users respond to requests, the basic information is disclosed to the originator of the request (name, profile picture and email address). Other information can be exchanged but this is outside of the scope of our website. SIKADA encourages people to continue their communication outside the website only after establishing trust. Requests can be deleted together with all associated messages at any time by the original requester.

Upon deletion of either a profile, a message or a request, all associated data is permanently removed from our database and can no longer be recovered. The owner will be notified by email of the successful deletion.
